Can the tent be set up anywhere?
 

No, a full site consultation will be carried out free of charge, discussing your requirements and assessing the site beforehand. Following this, we will submit a quote for your approval. Sites greater than 60 miles from our HQ will incur an additional fuel charge.

Are stretch tents suitable for all weather?​

​

Yes, our stretch tents are 100% waterproof, and are suitable for use in all weather. The design may be adapted, allowing an enclosed or open design depending on conditions or preference. Once rigged however, the shape cannot be altered during your event. Our tents easily withstand winds of Gale Force 5 (around 25mph)

Are your tents fire-retardent?

Yes, our stretch tents are fully fire retardant, however no smoking is permitted within the tent, as we like to keep our tents smelling of canvas.

What is the standard time frame of a booking?
 

A standard booking weekend booking would cover setup Thursday, de-rig Monday, though it can be tailored to your requirements.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we take a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance two weeks before the agreed setup date.

Is insurance included in the contract?

​

No, we would always advise our clients to take out relevant insurance to ensure their event is fully covered against all eventualities.
